I applied to this position online and received a phone call about interviewing within a week. HBK does pretty much everything over the phone so I got a phone screening without notice but I didn't mind. I then came in for an interview day with a couple other candidates. I interviewed with both the hiring manager and the sector leaders who were very considerate, friendly, and responsive.

Met with an HR rep. Though I said I was looking to learn in the industry and get experience in whatever way, they told me my skills were too technical for the position, and that it does not align with their position.

Very easy interview, HR round and another round with 3 design engineers. Did not ask much about technical mostly behavioral questions. Questions like how do you get along with coworker? How do you solve the problem by yourself

Hiring manager reached out and talked briefly about my current job and why I was interested in this position. i was then scheduled for interview with project manager and the interview went pretty well. Got an offer in a week.
