Given the minimal panel composition, candidates should have been notified in advance to allow for appropriate planning on our part. The organization showed no willingness to reschedule or postpone, despite the evident constraints. Furthermore, there was clear miscommunication, with preference given to candidates who followed up persistently with in-house HR personnel. This experience highlights significant deficiencies in process management and candidate courtesy. I advise caution for prospective applicants.
