Applied for position online. Interviewed with the head nurse face to face. I was asked a series of questions. I was offered the position at the end of the interview. She took me on a tour of the hospital, and walked me out to the parking lot. HR contacted me shortly thereafter to fill out paperwork.
panel interview. Reviewed resume and was very laid back and wanted to talk about hobbies and what I would be nervous and excited about working as an RN. They were nice and very informative. The position was for StaRN residency
Interview was very conversational and relaxed. We spent more time talking about the role & our previous experiences in that specific speciality. The manager was very friendly & approachable which made the interview less nerve-wracking

Very casual and organized. I was check in immediately. I was there about 45 minutes to one hour total. They had several positions available. They let me know I'll be contacted in 1-2 days. Additional instruction on parking considerations for the area would have been helpful.
