I was messaged by a recruiter on linked-in about an open position and that they wished to schedule a phone interview with me for. I scheduled it on their calendar and they confirmed that the time worked. I spent hours preparing for the interview and when the time came for them to call me for the interview, they never did. I promptly messaged them asking if they would like to reschedule, and nothing. I followed up multiple times and never received a single reply. This is the first time I have ever experienced this type of behavior regarding a professional interview. I can't speak for the entire Cerecore recruiting team, but if you are contacted by Seth Cunningham, be prepared to waste your time being stood up.
