Good process. Meet with several people not just manager. Got a sense of the floor and daily duties. Took about an hour to meet and walk around until the interview ended.

The interview went good but the communication in the Ed department is terrible after the interview I never heard back like they told me I would i thought the interview was good she told me I would hear back mid week and it’s been 3 weeks since then I feel all companies should reach back out rather it’s in a email or via phone to say we have decided to move forward with another candidate
