it was great, the phone calls were responsive and they asked for previous experience and how i could help them grow etc. I was told i would receive a call back if successful, otherwise an email if unsucecessful.

Applied online, received a phone call to go in the next day. Had to reschedule and didn't hear back from them. UNPROFESSIONAL by all means. I expected a responce at least (whether it was a yes or a no).
