Was contacted by an outside recruiter not one who works at the facility. After the initial screening/interview I was then scheduled with the program manager for an interview. After that part then I was scheduled for a drug test, a physical and a background screening. In addition a person cannot start until they have 3 written references turned into HR. It is a long process.
