The interview process was pleasant and happened through a career job fair. Nursing staff and nurse manager were very welcoming and asked questions related to nursing (specific questions) and life in general

How would I manage a situation where the nurses are busy with their patients and I need help with a difficult patient?
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice

It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
