3 rounds Hr round Technical round Salary discussion It's all about client requirements My experience: Got call from HR for basic info and expected salary Then technical round tool longer time with basic questions Then direct salary negotiation
First I got the call and they said they found my number from monster and the initial telephone screening was done at that time, that was the technical round. Then after a few days, I got confirmation.
