The interview happened in three parts, first was the general discussion, since the interview was a campus walk in all candidates with similar educational background were asked to debate and come up with a summary conclusion this was then followed by a subject mater interview, taken by the technical representatives and the last was the HR round with the head recruiter confirming your expectations and the regular FAQ.

The overall interview process involved significant delays in communication and response times, which made the experience quite frustrating. The interviewer was based in Germany, and after the interview was completed, there was no follow-up or timely update regarding the outcome. Despite waiting for a reasonable period and sending reminders, I did not receive any clarity on my status. It was only after I escalated the matter that I finally received a response, which turned out to be negative. The delayed feedback and lack of proactive communication reflected poorly on the coordination and candidate experience.

It was pretty average,decent question about java and sql ,and some programming and my interview gone very well but they ghosted me for 2 months and after 2 month they again taken my last round of interview and which I got selected and but that tym I already join some other company so I rejected the offer
