Worst ever Interview Process. Tremendous way of rejecting candidated. My existing CTC is 15.5 and in order to reject my profile, they offered me 9 Lacs. Interview process started on May 9th and today they have informed me about no offer can be made with a vague reason.

First round of interview with HCLTech and second round of interview with client. There are few more rounds happened because the interview recording was not happened in first and second round

Actually it was unscheduled and done with 15mins. Once after that the next round of interview was taken by client side. Overall, interview process is good. I was recieved offer exactly after 1 week post the client interview happened.
