First you get a short call asking about your CV and some easy questions about IT.
Second call is a technical interview but still pretty easy, if you have some basic knowledge about computers
The interview at HCL Technologies was straightforward and professional. The panel focused on practical experience, problem-solving, and communication skills. Questions were clear, and the process felt organized. Overall, a positive experience with a friendly atmosphere and timely follow-up.
