First they conducted a written test with some mcq's and programs. Programs are very easy.They gave programmes like fibannoci, prime numbers, duplicate numbers and some patterns. The other part has some technical mcq's it was quite difficult. half of them were easy. The other half was quiet difficult. But they selected more people, mostly based on programming section. They conducted technical interviews. It was really easy. They asked about project. Some questions are from digital electronics. they also asked some basic questions from our core. Then they called for hr round. It is rather a discussion. The hr asked why we choose hcl, whether we are ready for change in location andsuch questions.
