Worst experience I ever had. They took interview long back and with all positive feedback they kept me waiting to release offer for 1 month. Attended 2 seperate interview but both the case are same. They just called for interview to show case, rest selection made by internal referral only. If you have nothing to do then you can go just to spend some time. I have totally 7.6 years of experience but this is the first company recruitment process I have seen where they don't have any ethical or professionalism. If you are not select some one just tell them when they enquire about it. HCL don't have any right to keep them waiting. Trust me everyone if you have some experience you deserve some other company.
