The interview panel varies widely based on the vertical. Its and amazing program to work for and the interviewer would typically look for couple of things:
a. Presence of mind
b. Attitude
Apart from this i believe the subject matter expertise don't matter since you are expected to learn on the job

A few interesting questions asked to me were around my previous experience regarding why I made a particular decision, what were the circumstance, what was the thought process of other team members, how i took convinced others or if i failed to convince. What was the business outcome etc
GD+Techincal+HR. in GD it was basic day to day topics. for Technical interview mostly from Resume and internships and even projects. In HR round general HR questions. Mostly is on a global basis so most get interviewed according to JD selected and the resume alignment with it.
