Interview was focussed on Project Management only . To name a few of the areas that are touched are - Resource Management, Communication, Client and Stakeholder, Quality.

First was techno functional round
Second was Managerial round
Lastly the Hr round / Salary negotiations.
One round at a time and upon selection would be scheduled for the next round

The interview was a few years ago. The process involved interview with internal recruiter, PMO manager and senior PM. The senior PM was very thorough and personable. The process was straight forward. I appreciated the professionalism and communication
