      Interview process 3 technical rounds on devops and aws. Mostly asked on devops like docker, ansible, git, jenkins and in aws like ebs, ec2,s3, rds. Overall good but they mostly looking for automation

      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso HCLTech (Bengaluru) nel mese di mag 2018

      Was at Surya Saphire, Electronic city. A new thing I seen in career - During interview individual names will be called, then told as Selected/Leave for the day. They called as "Java", around 30 people standed who appeared for written. Told, there is -ve feedback, all can leave. Everyone on the floor shocked with this. Devops people waited for 3hrs, when asked to HR for not started, she told panel is suppose to take telephonic and they are not picking the calls and all to leave for the day. People started shouting, we came from there and out stations. The mental interviewer who rejected 30 persons, came in and asked how many resumes are there. HR told 16, and he said I can take it.

      Interviewer was spending 2-5 mins only for each profile and tried to convey that we are rejected. Many people started coming in within 5 mins. I went. He asked about jenkins job set ups. I was trying to explain beginning with setup, but he was not waiting and was saying explain the concept. Explain the overall functionality. But, he was not sure, what was looking. And me also sent back with 5 mins out, to do the show off that, he took the interview. Their intention is not hiring. They are playing with peoples, to show that they are conducting interview. Either, so many people are not professional or they are not professional to call the right candidate.
