The interview process was very easy, if you have the experience. HCL is a great company to work for, milestones were celebrated and opportunity to work from home at times

TACKY. It was supposed to be a teams video interview. The interviewer did not turn in his camera while mine was on. I saw it as disrespectful. It messed my confidence up.

It was shabby. Teams meeting but the interviewer had hid camera OFF all through which made me suspect he was not fully listening to what I was saying as he gave as feedback, things I said which he claimed I did not.
