It was good overall. CV-based interview. Guestimates were also asked. They also asked about the internship experience. HR questions were also asked. Expect follow-up questions from your answers. There was just one round.

Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.

Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
