Very Very Very Poor Experince with HCL and their HR. I have been selected multiple times .Every time they ask for document submission . once submitted HR does not bother to call or recieve call or even reply back on email. If you do not want to select a candidate then do not ask for documents . This is wrong and unethical from HCL HR end. Do not ever apply to this company. i will never try to get a job here. They are very poor in HR .

interview happened quick in 3 days but hr never reached out after asking to submit documents . HR never replied to mails sent asking update. so i dropped not happy with hcl. we can get hired or rejected but asking documents and not responding back is unethical.
