It was smooth, friendly and efficient. No crazy questions or tricks. I was also able to ask my about my own concerns. I am still in the process of interviews but I found it useful to pass this feedback.

Are you able to cope with shift rota ad time plans?
They easily scheduled the interview but after interview they didn't respond to calls and Emails. I have given the interview in HCL but no response from the HR. HCL hiring process is very bad they will not tell you about your interview feedback.

Training will be provided for the technical interview, which basically involves testing your proficiency in the English language and how to deal with a caller, then a test will be conducted online before the on-site interview
