Interview process is smooth. Co-ordinated and planned well. 1st round, 2nd round and final discussion. Offer release got little delayed but had smooth on boarding process. HR is responsive for all queries.

Calm and good interview process, Nothing much about technical questions but lot about previous experience ana behavioral questions. Overall, a great experience and happily joined HCL.

One on one and presentation round. PPT should be basis their requirement. Mine was related to soft skills, behvioral and communication. They would check for facilitation skills, methodologies used and delivery.
The interview was a positive experience, with thoughtful questions tailored to the role and my expertise in the LSH industry. The discussion was relevant and engaging, allowing me to showcase my skills effectively. Overall, it was a well-structured process that aligned with my professional background, making it insightful and encouraging.
