It was amazing and great experience. HR was interactive person.They asked about myself, qualities, favourite subject, some question about resume and gave some situation and asked some questions about that situation.
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
