There’s an initial screening call.
Second stage is a Technical Interview followed by a Technical Test which is normally conducted on call along with the Technical Interview. Your test will be reviewed at the same time.
If you are moved to the third and final round, it’s another meeting with team lead and manager and then offer.

The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner.
