Interview Process have multiple rounds.
1. First round is purely Technical ( Skill based questions )
2. Second round is the Manger round ( Discussion related to subject and lead questions )
3. Third round is the HR round ( discussion related to location , benefits, Salary break up ) this might goes to few rounds for CTC negotiation
