Poor management: I got an interview letter as well as call from HCl Madurai, they scheduled an interview at Pune office but there is no coordination between two teams, not a single person know in pune office that I have an interview scheduled. I had waited for almost 4 hours at security gate as HR from Madurai office asked me "wait we are working for the same" after some time they asked me to leave for the day we will schedule a telephonic interview for you. Please improve your management.
