The interview process had three rounds, which consists for one pure tech round, another tech round with Tech PM and Solutions Architect, The last one as HR round. I had received the offer letter after 2 weeks.

They asked about my technical expertise in Azure iPaaS. Questions were all scenario based and the few code syntax they asked me to write in C# .Net.
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary

Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
