3. HR/Managerial Interview – Behavioral questions, relocation, salary discussion, and “Why HCLTech?”
4. Offer & Onboarding – Selection, offer letter, and training before joining.

It was on zoom and the interviewer asked just 2 questions , introduction and then asked about project, and then after 10 minutes Interview eneded and no offer was made

Candidates were also evaluated on communication, attitude, and willingness to learn. The process was structured and smooth, with clear communication at each stage.

But after getting placed they said that they will organize a hackathon and it is not a elimination round but after the hackathon they selected less than 50% student only.
