2 Technical Rounds, 1 Round with Project Manager and HR Round. Whoever is planning to give an interview with HCL Technologies or holding an offer, please beware and be cautious. Reasons: 1. Tag team tries to get hold of engineers whose LWD in the previous organization is less than 15 days. 2. HCL provides only offer break up during the last stages of your exit process from the previous organization and not the appointment letter until they are sure that you have completed the exit process. 3. Once they are aware that the exit process is completed or you will not be able to withdraw the exit process or resignation; they will inform you that they will not be able to compensate for the provided offer breakup as it is not fitting the project margin. 4. They will start negotiating on the offer provided as well as try to arrange interviews with various clients. 5. Though you clear the interviews yet you will not be selected. 6. Finally you will have to agree with the offer provided by them if you are out of options, as you have already quit the previous organization. 7. Do have multiple offers as a backup if you are considering HCL offer letter. I politely declined the offer letter as I lost the trust as well as was holding 3 more offers. The same incident happened with one of my friends 6 months ago. Therefore I was a bit cautious. Finally, history repeated and HCL TAG Team confirmed their fradulent practices.
