Had an intial telephone interview, where recruiter went over my past experience and skills. Thought the questions were pertinent, and felt I responded "spot on". Told I would be contacted on a particular day for a follow-up for an in person meeting. Person never contacted me; I sent a follow-up email expressing continued interest, as I never received initial feedback. Received a standard "we won't be considering you" e-mail reply.
