Got the job through an agency, depends on the agent, they check out your portfolio and they place you where they need you. They offer you a 6 month contract, ask if you're interested in the role. After 6 months, your schedule is spotty since you work on the catalog, they have a peak season etc etd. They give you a lowball per hour salary but can negotiate.
