First job out of college. Interview was with two managers and was mostly personality based. Did ask some questions about how I approach problems and previous work experience. I didn’t ask any questions at the time. I would recommend asking some details about the position such as workload, training available, etc.

Two people interviewed me. Asked me lots of questions about my application. They look for passion, explain why and how much you want the job, give background knowledge of the company.
