La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso HEICO (Atlanta, GA)
Colloquio
Applied for this job in CA and the position was in GA. 30 min interview standard questions with engineering manager. Second interview was in person, flew across the country out of pocket. Interview was all day long with engineering manager and senior engineer, friendly experience.
In person interview questions much more thorough, with a mix of technical and situational questions. Interview was difficult since it was an all day activity mentally prepared to answer any question.

If you were given this engine component, how would you establish the datums with your understanding of GD&T?
Talk to recruiter. Then onsite. Can request for manager call. Recruiter was a bit verbose. Willing to send compensation package over. A lot of reverser engineering mentioned. Seems like the company is doing well.

Colloquio
I was originally scheduled for a reasonably quick interview at Turbine Kinetics with a handful of engineers. As the day went on, I was introduced to more and more people, which I was okay with as I took it as a good sign. Interview lasted far longer than scheduled. I ended up meeting people onwards up the chain until reaching head of the facility, and had a good discussion with him. I left at the end of the workday with an offer heavily implied as coming to me, implied by the head of the facility. Had a good interview experience.
Then I had no follow-up for weeks. Upon reaching back out to them again, was told "we never had an open position, we just interview regularly to get an idea of who's out there".
Don't waste my time (if that statement is true), and don't lie to me (if they didn't want to hire me).

Standard stuff, background, prior projects, aptitude for their style of work, etc. Everything I talked to was very friendly.
