Posted application online, three weeks later I had a date for an interview. The interview itself was very unorganized. We went from software testing to virtual memory to decision coverage to *nix. Then they talked a bit about the position itself and said there would usually be a tour but "maybe HR was busy or something, I dunno". Withdrew the application.

Worst HR Experience I ever had. I applied 2018 for a working student position at HERE. Had a phone interview and after got a face to face interview at the company with a HR and two people from the team I would join in. After, I got accepted and quit my job which I had that time. While I was waiting for the contract to get signed, I didn't hear anything from the company for weeks. After asking them many times they just said that they couldn't open the position because of internal problems. One year later 2019 I applied for another working student position at HERE again. Again, the same process with approved phone interview and later the face to face interview with the team lead. It was very good and especially the HR said things like "its kind of sure that you will get the job". My fault that I believed her again. I waited for around 1 month and still didn't get any feedback. I asked the HR what finally happend and never get a response. The company is really good but I think they have a huge problem with the HR. Maybe it can happen one time but its not normal if things like that happens more than one time.
