The interview felt much more like an interrogation than a professional discussion. It was conducted by a panel of three people who frequently interrupted each other, asked random and disconnected questions, and created a conversation with little structure or logic. Instead of giving the candidate a fair chance to explain their background and thought process, the format felt chaotic, tense, and unnecessarily aggressive.
Overall, the process did not feel organized or respectful, and it did not seem designed to evaluate a candidate in a consistent or meaningful way. I was ultimately rejected without any clear reason or constructive feedback.
A panel interview can be very effective when it is well structured, but in this case it felt disorganized and adversarial rather than professional.
