Short 30 minute interview in office, large amount of people interviewing. Very conversation based. Interviewed by one person from every level at their office. All personality based questions, much more focused on culture fit than technical abilities.
Interview process consisted of an initial phone call with one of the associates then I was invited to come in for an in person interview. Enjoyed meeting everyone on the team. Great overall experience

The interview was very behavior focused with minimal technical questions. They care about culture fit a lot.
3-4 rounds of phone screens that were all relatively easy, tell me about yourself, why us, why real estate and other general questions. Superday was 3-4 hours in the office.
