The interview was conducted virtually via Teams for around 40 minutes. I was interviewed by the HR Manager and a Senior Associate. Some questions were based on my experience, while some are about my understanding about their business, such as recent news. The conversation was nice and friendly. However, the internet lagged for a few times during the meeting, and I have not received any updates regarding my application since the interview.

The online assessment day consisted of four distinct stages, each clearly structured and well organised. Interviewers followed pre-set questions, created a professional atmosphere, and were consistently friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process.
