Group of 5-6 candidates were called into a room for interview. The recruiter asked us to describe our college life.
They selected 2 out of 6 candidates for next round. The unselected candidates were asked to improve their communication skills.

There are total 6 rounds. in 1st round they will give one topic and ask us to write a paragraph about that topic. In this round they will check your writing skill. next is profile screening. in this round they ask about your SD. Next is optimization round. In this round they will ask about the paragraph you written in 1st round and also general questions like why should I hire you and all. next is online written test. In this test they will test your typing speed, verbal ability. After completing this round they will again ask you to write something about the topic they have given. topics are very simple. last round is client round like HR round. whole the process took on entire day for us. it starts at morning 10'oclock and completed at 8pm. on the spot we also got the offer letter.
