Initial phone interview with HR Take home problem (2 hours to complete and return) First Technical focused on Logic Evaluation (I got the take home problem working 95% to their expectations. They asked me to finish the problem and evaluated my logic. This was challenging.) Second Technical focused on Database Design (They ask you to white board a database design with associations. Not terribly challenging.) It took nearly 3 weeks and 3 emails from me inquiring about my status to learn I did not get the position. That was the frustrating part.
