Lengthy interview process which seemed like they over analyze things. I had multiple rounds of interviews, which lasted multiple hours each. Also there was an excel test to prove my competencies.
Met with a few different people in person a few times & had an excel test in between interviews. They seem very analytical about any decision they make. All of my interviews were very long and drawn out.
