The process was fairly quick. There was no phone interview; just a call to make sure I was still interested. They flew me from Florida to Virginia where I had roughly a 3 hour interview with two engineering managers. Response back was within 2 weeks as well.

I was well qualified for several of their positions. I suspected that they were not interviewing me because I was Black. I had to trick them to get an interview. I tricked them by saying that my ethnicity was multi-race. (almost every American is Multi Racial). In the interview, there was was no question that I could not answer and showed a great deal of knowledge about their process. It was clear, after they saw that I was Black, there was nothing I could say that would convince them that I would be value added to their company. They acted as if I was going to be called by HR for on boarding and within a week I got an email that I was not chosen.
