During the online assessment, I encountered a variety of question types designed to evaluate different cognitive and analytical skills. The test included pattern recognition questions involving visual figures, which required careful observation and logical reasoning to identify sequences and relationships. In addition, there were scheduling questions that tested the ability to analyze multiple constraints simultaneously and determine the most appropriate solution within given limitations. I also faced alphanumeric pattern questions that assessed logical thinking and the ability to detect hidden patterns in sequences of numbers and letters. Furthermore, the assessment included questions on profit determination based on diagrams, which required data interpretation, basic calculations, and decision-making skills using visual information such as charts or graphs. Some sections, particularly those involving multiple conditions or complex data, required a high level of focus and efficiency to complete within the allotted time.

After applied online and then did online assessment, the next 4 days the HR calls me that I passed to the next phase which phone interview. She calls me again in 3 days to do a phone interview. It takes 30 mins. Unfortunately the next week I received an email tell that I don't make it to the next phase.
