The first step was selection test, only 30 questions to be complete in english with plus and minus point assesment, 1 week after that if you passed, the next step is FGD, then if you passed again there would be Interview User with Line Managers and Senior Managers before continued to Medical Check Up and Offering Phase. Totally around 3 weeks from the beginning.
