Formal interview with a 3 person panel, started and finished according the allocated time slot. Supportive atmosphere, interview questions were in line with the Success Profiles described in the job advert, every question followed the same format, 'Tell us an example when you demonstrated....' a specific behavior listed in the job advert.

Had a very positive experience interviewing for a PA role. It was a formal interview, based around their competency framework. If you prepare yourself well and develop answers based on the framework, the interview will go well.
