The interview process had three stages. The first was an initial discussion with HR about the role, followed by a technical interview with the manager and a senior engineer. In the third stage, I was invited to the plant for a tour, where they informed me that I was selected. However, two days later, I received a call from the recruiter saying they couldn’t hire me due to immigration policies. This was extremely frustrating since I had clearly communicated my visa status and legal ability to work in the U.S. during the very first interview. It was a waste of both my time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The process was tedious. The phone screening was basic. The call with the manager went okay. I was called in for a 4 hour on-site interview. No water/food was offered- it went for 5 hours instead. Everyone asked basic questions, some of the questions were repeatedly asked by several people. I probably met 5 people in that time. I was given the tour. I was burnt out. I was called in again for a 3 hour on-site interview. When asked about it, I wasn't given a proper explanation. This time I was offered a small water bottle, and it went for 4-5 hours. Same questions were asked, one new technical question was asked. I was hoping I may get the job because I was called in twice. It ended with them rejecting my application with no feedback. You guys need to do a better job with the hiring process. This is not even a medical device company, you make gadgets for fast food places. Don't take yourself too serious, take it easy fellas.
