Phone interview was very straightforward. Came in for a face-to face interview a few days later. It went very well, although questions became very pushy and I felt uncomfortable answering - things like “do you still live with your parents?” “How much money do you currently make?” And “what grades did you receive in specific college classes?” The interview finally concluded with them telling me they will need references from my current employer before they can offer me the job - overall, the experience was uncomfortable and I don’t think there is a lot of respect here for interviewees. Weeks have passed and haven’t heard back despite sending follow-up emails.
