My interview was at 10 AM. Didn’t get seen until 10:35. The original individual who was supposed to hire me was not there. I think I got interviewed by the general manager of the rest stop? I don’t remember. He told me my application wasn’t on file, I guess because I applied through Indeed. He asked me basic questions. He wanted to make sure I was prepared to be a Barista since it can be a strenuous job in addition to dealing with rude/irritated customers. He hired me, then took me to the back to fill out paperwork for my background check. He told me that I would be receiving a call from HR to get the date of my orientation. Hopefully they don’t forget about me. This is my first job, I have no experience with retail or customer service. Good pay for a college student. I feel like anyone could get this job, all you need is to just have a decent personality and decent people skills.

Interview process was quite simple. Signed up to a job fair through indeed.com and went to job fair at (MSY) New Orleans Airport. Was interviewed by one of the GM's at that location. He asked me a couple of questions. What was my previous job experience? How would I handle a difficult situation with a customer? What was my availability? After that, he said he was going to hire me.
