It was pretty straight forward. They asked if I had any customer support experience and how well do I do under pressure. They also asked, How would you handle a disgruntled customer.

The interview was over the phone with a recruiting agent. The inteview was pretty straight forward and quick. The agent asked me questions about my previous work experience, how I would handle different situations, and how my previous management was,
Quick and Simple. I had some past experiences so it was mainly just conveying those and allowing my interviewer the space to offer feedback. Lots of eye contact is important as always. Try to stay away using filler words such as um and yea.
