2. Second round are technical interview and behavioral questions
They have a lot of prejudice questions and mismanagement questions
For example: How do you deal something that is not your responsibility if your leader blame you?
Then I ask him back like:Can you be more specific?
He’s like: like if the other colleagues gives you wrong data. Then I am going to blame you. How do you deal with this?
I was like what kind manger is this?
They will also make doubt for your language fluency even if you speak real well mandarin during interview.
It’s not interview, it’s interrogate.
They whole behavior question sounds really unprofessional and mismanagement.

Apply through efinancialcareer.com, and heard back about after 1 month. Easy interview, but highly selective. First round is a phone screen, asking about your academic background, and some easy behaviour questions. I didn't get into the second round.
