Not a good process. Basically they tell you about the company and the background and the history of the company. They tell you about the great jobs they are working on and that you could "possibly" work on these jobs. They ask you a few questions, and that's it. Not very personable.

through word of mouth and found the process easy. People are good and other engineers help find the position. Seniors were open and clear about opinions and was interviewed by 2 people. Honesty is the best policy regarding interviews as well as confidence. Work environment is good and people are helpful
